Default Instrument Cluster Problem

Hey guys, recently my wife has been telling me about how the instrument cluster on our 06 Grand Caravan SXT has been acting weird. Until yesterday, I had never seen it.

Well now, it's completely out. Cluster shows no speed, rpm, fuel, or engine temp. And now blinkers won't work. (But brake lights, and headlights do, however, hazards will not)

I searched with internet for solutions. I pulled the IOD fuse for a couple minutes and that didn't work. I checked fuses but they all seem to be fine. Not sure where to go from here.

Any insight would be appreciated! Thanks guys!

Love the van, been treating us good for past 7 years, would like to keep her before I start nickel and diming it...

Check Fuse 24 in the IPM. Turn signals and hazard lights are controlled by the body control module.

24 also powers the cluster. On left side of this diagram: http://ww2.justanswer.com/uploads/MO...040853_iod.png

Yes, it was just a fuse. We had a hitch hooked up to the van and the wiring comes out right by the back hatch latch. The latched clipped with wires, causing a short in the system.

I started pulling fuses and found the one that blew when the wires touched each other. replaced it and it fixed the problem! Thanks guys!!
