Default Need help, 2010 SE fuel efficincy and acceleration problem

Hey i need some insights. Bought a 2nd hand dodge caravan 2010 se model 3.3 v6. 139 clicks on it. It doesn't feel right accelarating. I've seen other caravans accelarate better than mine. I do regular maintenance every 5k kms, replaced egr valve and installed k&n filters. What could be the problem??? My mechanic said he can't see anything wrong with it. My fuel consumption started at 6km per L, after egr valve, it went up to 8km/L. Feel like it should be way better than that. Any input would be helpful, thanks!!!

What specifically will the mechanic do on a tuneup?

You should ask them, but generally a tune up involves changing the plugs, possible the wires (if it has them), air filter, possibly a throttle body or fuel injection service, fuel filter, oil and filter. All depends on the maintenance history of the vehicle. If you don't know it, assume nothing has been done and do all recommended maintenance as specified in the vehicle owners manual.
