[4th Gen : 01-07]: World's Worst Headlights
My family has had Voyagers and Caravans since the late 80s. However, we've noticed something very unpleasing with our '03 Caravan. We bought it off my grandmother who bought it off a Florida currier service back in '04. About a year ago we replaced the headlights with TYC factory specs ones which are actually better built (Material quality wise). Don't get me wrong, they work soooo much better than the old ones but they still have the same issue. Even if they're adjust by the nanometer, the low beams won't shine 10ft in front of the van, and the high beams are more like flood lights than actual highbeams. It doesn't seem to matter what we use for a bulb (Currently have 8000lm LEDs in it), it still sucks worse than a $50 6v flashlight...
Anybody have any leads to well designed headlights or ways to fix this?

No help to you but I read recently only 5 of 16 small SUVs coming out this year have headlights that do the job they need to do. You aren't alone. Seems manufacturers have looks as priority one and function well down the list.
