Default Tranny issue

So my original codes i had were.
P0700 DODGE - Transaxle Control System Malfunction
P0720 DODGE - Output Speed Sensor Circuit Malfunction
First replaced the output speed sensor and nothing changed so i bit the bullet and replaced the tcm now the speedometer isnt working and the tranny is stuck in low gear. The check engine light is off but im getting a pending P0700, pending P1698 DODGE - ECM Fault No CCD Message From TCM, and a pending P0500 DODGE - No Vehicle Speed Sensor and dont know where to go from here! Any help would b greatly appreciated as this is the only vehicle we have that can fit the whole family in.

Have you unplugged the TCM and checked the condition of the connector pins, as well as the wiring harness that connects to it?

If the connections and wiring are OK it sounds like the TCM you installed is bad.

Check the wires coming into the speed sensor connector. They stupidly put an acute bend into those wires, which can cause them to weaken at the bend and break over time. The wire breaks but the insulation keeps holding it in place, so you cannot just do a simple visual on them.
