Default coins in vent duct!!

Hi everyone, Me again.
Just a note to ask one more question, and give my follow up.
New question, This relates to 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan which I have mentioned before.
,..
<<>>
I seem to have some coins in the front A/C duct passages from prior owners child (?).
They slide on curves. annoying.
Has anyone dug into this type of problem?
I have taken a sharp turn to left to slide them to the right side to try to fish them out, but that did not seem to be the way to do it. Cant see them or feel them..

I assume that I will have to get into taking the glove boxes out to look deeper, but will that be the way to do this. ??
Any thoughts will be appreciated.
>>>>>
As a follow up to my experiences with the 2012 GC Crew bot in May 2016, I will report this.
I have had it about 3000 miles or so now (3 months) , and It seems to run very well, and seems to get fuel good mileage.
\ My only repair expenses have been:
1) to get a VVT controller thing on the engine changed. It was cracked and dripping oil on the syrp belt, and causing bearing like noises,
and
2) to get the front discs resurfaced to cure a pulsating at the break pedal
and
3) to adjust the sheet metal in the stow and go
seat well seat well
. The stow and go seat behind the driver would not stow properly. My inspection reveled that the vehicle had been run up on a curb (or log) and the floor pan at the the stow and go seat storage well had been pushed an inch or two upward, to the point the the seat would not stow properly. A few whacks with a http://www.ebay.com/itm/DURO-CHROME-1553-Hammer-Auto-Body-Tin-Knocker-Sheet-Metal-DAM-BIG-HAMMER-/391469193753 knocked the sheet metal back to the orginal position, and did the trick.

No known problems now, except the coins in the a/c duct.... Any ideas???

John

Hi,

I got them coins out!!
It took a very bright light shined directly into the vent and moving the vanes to allow a very deep view into the dash.
They were lodged about 12 to 14 inches deep, straight back, in the duct, back about as far as the round vent for the defrosting of the winshield is located. Very deep!.
Once I eyeballed them, I took a long piece of #12 electrical wire with a hook on the end to fish around, and corral the coins and ease them to the vent opening. Took a while...
I got 3 cents and on nickle out.
Pretty low pay for the time it took..
But , no noise now..!!
