Default Smaller Winter tires
I have a 2006 grand caravan with tires 215/70 r15 and found used winter tires 205/65 r15. Is it okay to use this tires?

No problem. Your speedo may be off by a bit. I use a calculator like this to determine differences in tire sizes.
