My 99 caravan seatbelt warning failed, there is no seatbelt warning for driver or passenger not wearing their seatbelt (no chime, no light). The warning light itself is working, it lit on then off when I start the engine. I google but can not find any related info. Thanks in advanced for the help.

 

Check the wiring under the seats going to the seat belt latches.
