Exclamation 2015 Grand Caravan rpm problem

Hi,
I bought a used 2015 Grand Caravan (9800km). It was like new. I recently noticed that the rpm goes up and down when I'm on the highway. From 2k to 2.5k. It goes like this until I downshift and accelerate. It's really annoying to drive because it's acceleration and deceleration and can last for 2-3km. I thought it was the Eco mode but turned it off last month and didn't solve the problem. I have an appointment at the dealer but want your advice on the problem.

Default Now I’m not no mechanic but uhm

Ma,am it looks to be your engine is fighting to keep the transmission up at speeds
