Default Coolant Leak Help

All,

I previously had the leak from the red arrow pointing Y pipe and was able to fix it with the help of forum members. Now, I have another leak behind the Y pipe close to firewall. I marked it with blue arrows. It drips down to a hole marked with blue circle. Therefore, even after the car is parked I can see puddle of coolant in that area. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the name of that specific pipe and any DIY/part for it. I appreciate any help.

Thanks.

Thank you for the info. Since I haven't checked it in detail, can you please tell me where did you cut the bottom part.? Just above the silver clamp seen in the picture?
