I have a 98 grand caravan I had the engine replaced end of last winter .this year blower fan works air conditioner worked great all summer. Problem no heat unless it is parked and left on a bit of heat comes out of vents ( tested about 110) When I drive it however there is no heat !!! any ideas what is wrong???

 

I had a simular problem caused by open tstat.
