Hi all new here got a 2005 caravan with surging issues runs and drives great in cold weather (below -10) but surges quite hard with warmer weather (above -10) changed plugs, wires, fuel filter, cleaned the mass air and intake, ran a scanner on it nothing comes up any help would be greatly appreciated thx

 

I'd go with a vacuum leak first. Closely inspect all the vacuum lines including the brake booster. Spray brake cleaner around the intake manifold. If idle picks up or stabilizes you found the leak area.
