I have a 2000 dodge caravan with the 3.0 liter V6. The other day it hit me that i dont remember ever changing the fuel filter. Before going and buying it, i did some research on it and i could not find any information on where the fuel filter is on a 3.0L. Does any one know where it is?

 

Above the fuel tank on inboard side near the fuel pump. Generally, they rarely need changing. That's why there is no recommended scheduled filter change. In fact, they eliminated the filter on 2005(ish) models and up.

 

Not to bad to change. Just need to lower the tank a bit. No need to remove it.
