06 Caravan - rear pump/wiper working fine. Fluid is full, front pump (not sure there is a separate front/rear pump) engages/makes noise. No fluid coming out. Suggestions?

 

Try poking out the nozzle orifice with a fine copper wire strand to open it up. We need to be kind of persnickety about what recipe we use in our washer cleaners. Filtered/Distilled/Demineralized water & the mfgr specified detergent package with no solids & that won't corrode, or clog up the plumbing works, will usually make em happy for a long time.
