My Caravan needs a new windshield. I have tools and a 1996 parts car. But I'm old, and I like the prospect of crystal clear glass that I will get from buying one new.
Is this practical for a DIY job? This post is my first exploration - I have not priced the parts or gotten a quote for installed.

• I need a sticker and I don't have glass insurance.
• I've replaced both front struts and axles. I used a lift at a local shop, and needed help popping one of the axles out.
• I don't think I have any suction cup handles, but I can borrow them.
• I would plan on using a new seals and/or gaskets.
