My dipstick broke tonight right above the oring. I got it out by drilling a small hole and putting a screw in it. I tried buying a dorman for the vehicle part# 917-320 but it is maybe 1-2 inches longer and they said it is an exact fit. The existing dipstick is stamped with 04694325AC and is roughly 23" long from the tip to where the yellow plastic starts. Where can I find the proper dipstick? Right now the oring is not in but the plastic fits snug and I have a screw in the top to pull it out. I am the original owner and this is the original engine.

If the current dipstick 4694325AC is the correct one, I believe you need Dorman part number 917-313.

If you search for the dipstick for your van on the Dorman's website it returns 917-320, but if you search for part number 4694325AC it returns 917-313. http://www.dormanproducts.com/gsearc...rd&q=4694325AC

Dorman lists the 917-320 as 24.19" long and the 917-313 as 23.875" long.
