I have a 2012 grand caravan the radio works on occasion for a few moments then turns off. It has been this way for a few months. I have checked the fuse. It is receiving signal from the antenna but no sound comes from the speakers. The CD/Aux Cords work just find all sound works for that. Pulled the unit out everything is plugged in properly and yes this is a stock radio. I tried searching the forums for this topic I hope I am not cluttering the forum. In advance Thank you

 

Did you figure out what the issue was? I'm having the same issue.
