One of the two cigar lighter sockets (the one that is switched with the ignition) in the console of the 2011 dodge caravan is dead, blown fuse. Replaced fuse, blew again. removed console top to check socket, socket is good. with no fuse in the socket and one lead of a meter attached to the positive terminal of the battery, I get full bat voltage from one lead of the car side connector and 10.4v to the other, so there is a problem. I am unable to locate a wiring diagram for this car. the fuse description says rain sensor/power outlet or something to that effect. Presumably there is a relay somewhere that is activated when the ignition switch is on. what relay would that be/is there a wiring diagram available anywhere for this car?
