Default Code P0205

I lost power driving to work the other day driving up a mountain. Van still runs but misses badly. I scanned the codes and got P0205 and P0305. I checked the injectors after pulling the intake plenum and all 6 read the same 13.8 ohms. I have looked at the wiring harness and have found no burnt spots. I have also check the #5 injector driver pin at the ECM with a noid light and got nothing. I got a light on 2 others that i checked. Am I looking at replacing the ECM at this point? Thanks in advance!!

That or the wire to the injector from the PCM is open.

Pulled the harness out and did find that it was melted from the exhaust. Replaced the harness and the ECM. Started it up and runs great but still pouring raw fuel thru the exhaust. A lot of white smoke with a strong fuel smell. Not missing or running rough. What am I looking for now?

White smoke usually indicates coolant getting into the cylinders.
Could be a leaky gasket. You said you removed the intake manifold. Did you put in a new gasket?
Has the coolant level changed?

I only removed the upper plenum of the intake. Fluid levels have not changed. Is it possible that when I drove the van home with #5 injector stuck open, it pushed fuel into the exhaust and cat. converter?

It may have, however if that happened, I would suspect that you would have an over rich condition noticed by the O2 sensor, and a code would be set for that. Maybe a P0172 or something similar. Excessive fuel is usually indicated by black smoke, blue smoke usually indicates oil burning, and white smoke usually indicates coolant burning.
