Default Drivers side rear clunk

Hi all. Have a 4.0l 2010 sxt caravan. When we first bought it there was an on clunk in the rear end when the brakes were applied. Took it back and they said it was one of the caliper bolts. They replaced it. Now in addition to the clunk when the brakes are applied there's another noise when you go over a bump. Same sort of clunking noise . It's driving me up the wall.
any thoughts on what it would be ??
thanks

I'll second what Jkeaton said. Another trick if you have two cars, is have your spouse drive the van and drive right behind her. If it's a blown strut you're likely to see the wheel be very bouncy after bumps. My 2011 has that issue and you can't really feel the bounce from inside the car, but you can see it outside the car when driving.

I'll need to replace, the one(will probably do both at the same time). The funny thing is I hear a clunk coming from the front, so I may have those shocks/struts blown as well. But I like the suggestion of the strut bushing. I wasn't thinking about that when trouble shooting my own.

If anyone has a link to reasonably prices struts and bushings for the rear and/or front post up a link.
