Default No power to wheels in gear - Speed Sensor DTCs

2010 Grand caravan 3.8L - No movement when in park, reverse, neutral, Drive, or manual selecting gears 1+. Just revs. Brakes not holding vehicle. When in park will not roll. In R/N/D I can push car and roll it. With front end off ground I can rotate wheels in gear and only one will turn, not sure if the other should rotate the opposite way with this trans.

DTCs are P0716, P0721, P0791 - Set for Input, Output, and transfer speed sensors for circuit "A" (S130 splice). I believe this is the Green/Violet circuit that they all use. All three sensor replaced. Checked for power at plugs, I get 5V which I believe is normal and battery voltage - depending if I'm checking power pin to ground, or ground pin.

I spliced in at the plugs G/V wire at all three plugs and connected to what I believe it the circuit to PCM at the PCM connector. Note that I did not cut the wires at the plugs but removed the wire cover and spliced new wires in. Not sure if this is what is causing my concern still. Please let me know.

Another symptom is that sometimes it will not let me go past 3K RPMs. I have a scan tool and have cleared the codes. They do not come back right away and I still have the issue.

My questions are:

1) Do I have an internal trans issue since I can roll the vehicle in gear?
2) Do I need to sever the old circuit at the plugs?
3) Which connector at the PCM has the circuit I need to wire to?
4) Have I replaced the right sensors - One is on top of the trans, one is on the back of the trans near the wheel well and goes in vertically, the other is at the rear of the trans near the wheel well about 4 inches from the other sensor and goes in horizontally.

UPDATE:

Based on wiring diagram the Dk GRN/ V wire is the sensor ground. I severed both ends for the ground and signal wires for all 3 sensors (DK GRN/ORG, DK GRN/LT GRN, and DK GRN/BRN. Connector C4 at the PCM is the Green connector by the way.

Still the same symptoms. Ideas? Based on my knowledge this tells me theres an internal trans fault and the sensors aren't picking up any rotation, bad PCM connector though highly unlikely due to no other fault. One of the connectors is faulted if it would set off the DTCs listed. One of the sensors is faulty if it would set off the DTCs listed. Will check the resistance on the sensor soon just to make sure even though they are new. I believe OPEN circuit would mean a bad sensor, or 0 resistance.
