Angry 2009 Grand Caravan A/C Issues - Replaced components.

I have a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan with dual climate control and rear air. We purchased the van used and it was not well taken care of. However, the price was right and I can do 99% of the labor. The air was starting to fade. It kept feeling less and less cool as the temperatures got hotter. I pulled out a sniffer and found a leaky high side pin. No other leaks, but decided to go ahead and replace both valve stems. Pulled the system down and saw I was low as well so I pulled a vac and then charged the system full. The front/rear system called for 2.53 pounds I loaded it and checked for leaks. All was well. The high pressure was HIGH though. It shot up to about 350 and continued to about 425 where it leveled of. The only way to relieve it was to pull it down some. I thought I might have an issue with it having the mileage it did and being hit on the right front. I ordered and replaced the dryer, condenser, and expansion valve. When I pulled it down, no leaks and it still had a full charge. Got the new parts in and it got cold (about 45) and ran well but still had high pressure. I decided to go ahead and replace the fan and compressor just in case there was a blockage or something. Same process. Replaced parts and reloaded. Still high pressure on high side. Air only got to 70. I pulled the expansion valve and flushed the lines. Replaced new gaskets (again) and pulled a vac. Reloaded and still got the same. I pulled the blend door on the passenger side since it was the easiest to access. Closed the door manually and repositioned the gear and actuater. Still 70. I checked all the lines. None looked damaged. I still have a low side at about 55-65 and a high side of 300-400.

What the heck is going on here??? I am getting the same temps through all vents, front driver, passenger, and rear.
