The ignition switch suddenly won't turn, it recognizes the key (I hear the dinging when the key is inserted). And the steering wheel is not locked. I've tried smacking the key directly on the end with a mallet, I've tried squirting WD40 in the key hole, and I've tried blowing compressed air in there. Still no go. Any other ideas before I give up and call the crusher? The van isn't worth the money to have it towed and repaired.
