Default checking transmission shudder

Looking for transmission dipstick on 011 caravan. Could not find it. Told by dealer there is no dipstick, bring it in and service department will use scan equipment to determine fluid level at cost of 55.$ This morning van started to shudder when accelerating lightly in 5th and 6th range. Have had this van for 4 years and this started all at once today.

Yep. Sealed transmissions. Dealer or a transmission shop. Get it in quick before potentially more damage is done. $55 is much better to pay the thousands you will pay if the transmission takes a dump.

Many think it is sealed. It's not.

Have you watched the video in the "sticky" near the top of the opening page of this forum posted by TNtech titled "Sticky - Don't Have a Transmission Dipstick?? There IS a Cure !

Looking for filler tube or any thing that resembles one with a cap saying dealer service only. All I can find in the area below the battery tray is what looks like an industrial gearbox vent with a metal cap. This screws in to the top of the transmission case and is about the size of a 1/8 pipe close nipple. No removable cap in this area that I can find. I've watched the sticky video but my 011 is not like that. jaybird-oh
