the sliding door on my grand caravan is very difficult to manually slide open. The rollers seem to have eroded and are no longer round. I've tried cleaning it and greasing it all up but I still have to drrraaag the door shut. Do I need to replace the entire door or just the harness? I've never replaced a door so any advice is much appreciated.

I have the same issue on a 2012. I'm sure it's just the rollers that need changed. I just have to find a supplier for them.
