I have a 2000 Grand Caravan. Hitting the On for cruise control turns the light on the dashboard on, and I can set the speed without issue. Once the vehicle speed drops and cruise control tries to take over, CC shuts off and won't let me try again until the key is turned off and back on. If checked the fuses. Any other ideas?

 

Check your vacuum lines under the hood. Specifically those going to the cruise module.
