2010 sxt. 3.8L v6. Power sliders on both sides. Driver side back sliding door won't open. From key fob, buttons inside or manually. Door lock seems to be stuck in locked position. Any thoughts? What could it be or a fix? Can't figure out how to get the panel off to see inside since the door will not open.

 

I have the exact same problem too... it's been a few weeks but nobody has responded ? HELP !

 

Did you ever figure it out? I have the same problem on my 2016, lock is stuck in locked position, can't open door at all.
