Default 2011 caravan cranks wont start

Hey folks, I'm a long time lurker but actually signed up tonight. My wifes 2011 caravan with a 3.6 cranks but wont fire. Gone over the common TIPM issues previously with this thing. The fuel pump is running strong. Lots of spark. It will fire on ether. No DTC's present. When I hooked up my mac scanner I noticed that the fuel system remained in open loop while cranking. And RPM's were displaying on the reader as well. Accelerator command and etc is all functioning while cranking or by depressing accelerator pedal. Unfortunately I have limited access to diagnostic equipment and wiring schematics for cars and light trucks. We only work on heavy trucks at work Kind of a stupid question but what tells the fuel injectors to fire? Is it the cam or crank sensors. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Sounds like you've covered the basics. You will always see open loop while cranking or cold as operating temp must be achieved before closed loop starts. Sounds like maybe it's got the theft deterrent activated. Do you have 12 volts to the supply side of the injectors? Bad key?
