I own a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan SE. Recently, the front right passenger door will not open from inside or outside. I had to cut out the interior door panel to gain access to the lock mechanism. The electric and manual locks work, the outside handle is connected and the inside cable is connected, but it will not open. Any ideas?
My next step is to cut the darn thing off and replace it with a salvaged door.

 

you have an issue with the latch I heard of people saying you can take the strip that runs along top off the door off (see picture) and putting the window in the up position being able to take a long screw driver or some other tool and reach down and manfully work the latch it will take time and patience to do but Ive heard from other techs that it can be done I haven't tried it myself yet
