Default 2008 Caravan 3.3 Throttle Issue

Here we go... I have a 2008 Grand Caravan C/V with 233,XXX miles. I bought it knowing it had a bad Throttle Position Sensor. I went to Autozone and had the codes pulled. The vehicle stored a P0300 (Multiple Misfire) and a P0141 (O2 Sensor Bank 1). I replaced the Throttle Body, Spark Plugs (Bosch OE Type Properly Gapped), Spark Plug Wires, and the Ignition Block. I replace the parts and the van starts right up and runs beautifully. Took the van, had the codes cleared. Fast forward after two weeks of good behavior and it's starting to mimic the same behavior again. It bucks/ lurches while driving down the road. Occasionally, there's what feels like a dead spot in the throttle. What's my next step? Compression Test? Manifold Leaks? The van idles just fine.

1. You possibly got a bad TPS. Getting bad sensors is a common issue I've experienced.
2. You possibly got a bad ignition block. Another common issue I've experienced.
