2013 Pentastar oil change recommendation
While it appears that the 3.6 vvt is a switch blade of an engine I've seen different oil recommendations for different vehicles all over the web.
I believe the cap says 0-20. On Mobil website it is showing 5-20 or 0-20. I think I've seen 5-30 on some Jeep forums. I like that the engine takes some Mercedes features with a top mounted cartridge filter and six quarts of oil in place of the US cookie cutter 5. I've also flirted with topside oil changing it like I would a Benz. I enjoy changing oil especially on a-typical cars to make sure it gets done right without taking it to the dealer.
