I have a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan. My ESP light keeps coming on and when it does I can't shift my van into gear. I have to turn the van off and back on, sometimes multiple times before it will shift into gear. Also when the light comes on while driving, I can't use my cruise control. It does it more when it is cold out, but the other day was doing it even when it had warmed up. Any ideas what it could be?

 

Check your wheel speed sensors. Maybe dirty or caked with ice/mud/dirt.

 

Your van has about 25 computers. Will need to see some codes.
