2013 grand caravan cranks even after key is released
So my 2013 van was showing a p0740 code the tccc but now it shows no codes. ect light is on so when I crank it over it will keep cranking after I let go of key and it goes back to run position. Have to turn all the way off to get it to stop. Has a new battery where do I start anything I can do need help
