Ok lets get started 2000 caravan
2000 Dodge caravan. 3.0
Just bought it yesterday.. 79,455 miles as of now.. 90 mile drive home last night..
Brake pedal feels good and is up good but at 2 different times the brake indicator light came on.. stayed a few seconds went off.. on again and off.. time on and off was random not like a code.. I was not using the brakes at the time or just prior ..
When i test drove it the temp was at about half way on the gauge.. about where i would expect it.. driving home the temp needle dropped almost to the bottom (no heat area).. but the heater / defroster was working just fine. I stopped and checked the reservoir and it was at the full line but the water was cold. (it was a very cool evening ..probably 36F or 37F degrees.)
Power windows/vents... The left side window and rear vent work great... the right side window and rear vent do not work (no noise with ear right on door panel.)
When turning ignition off and exiting the van it locks the doors... also when turning key to on(not run) some of the door locks will go on and off. door lock switches work fine.
Well hopefully we have some great Caravan minds on here and hopefully they can tell me where to tap with my wrench to fix it all.... Seriously.. Thanks for any ideas.. and for your time..
