Default Lock Relay Meltdown

My 94 AWD GC with 142k remote lock function started making a rattle or buzz sound coming from the slider actuator first. I have that door semi permanently shut so I clipped the wire and the buzz then went to the passenger door with clicking coming from somewhere in the dash too. I ordered a replacement cheepie actuator the same one I replaced the driver side door with. The vehicle was not starting after running fine all day the next morning click. I charged it up and it runs fine next day click so I took out the lock fuse # 10 I think under the dash. Looking for the relay and its not there or under the hood so thats my first question. Anyway today I hooked up the new actuator to test it and it actually melted and was about to catch fire so I took it off then checked the passsenger locking switch which didnt seem to be making sense on the voltmeter so I oredered one of those too. Anyway I'm looking for the location of the relay or relays for the locking system the book says there are 2 but not where they are. Any help appreciated no more meltdowns are wanted still plenty of winter left to go here!

So is there a lock relay on the 94 or does the BCM control it all?
