Default Transmission Oil Pan sealer / mouting

I am changing transmission oil / filter on 1999 Caravan 3.3L with 133K miles (last time was done by dealer at 60K). I clean the gasket surface, applied the Ultra Black gasket maker to the transmission pan, remount the pan when there was minor oil dripping from the transmission housing. After refill the transmission fluid, it leaked.
From my search, the oil leak may due to the oil on surface. The second time, I removed the pan, and clean the surface, waiting for the oil dripping to stop; but after 48 hours, it is still dripping (4 / 5 drops a minutes). There are quite a few videos from Youtube show people mounting the pan with oil still dripping from the housing, it does not seems to be an issue.
Should I mount the pan just ignore this minor dripping ? or there are other way to handle it.
