Default delayed auto door locks

Stangest thing. My 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan will auto lock my doors at very random times, but usually well down the road. The other day it must have been more than 10 minutes of driving. My other vehicles usually do it within seconds after driving off. Is there some way of setting the auto lock? I find it very strange. Been this way since I bought it last year.

Recently figured out that, by accelerating a bit more aggressively will lock the doors right away. A light foot doesn't do it.

The automatic door lock are speed sensitive they lock at 15 mph (24 kmh) this function can be enable or disable at the dealer only as per the owners manual. It also states it has to be done with a written request by the owner to the dealer sound like they don't want be held accountable for something gone wrong.
