1995 Dodge Caravan LE, When I turn off the van and pull the keys it beeps as if the lights were left on or the key in the ignition. Then when I restarted the van the interior lights came on and would not turn off.

Any ideas?

Check your dimmer switch and make sure it is not in the up position.
