[4th Gen : 01-07]: 2002 Dodge Caravan- heater blower not working.
I have a 2002 Dodge Caravan that the heater fan blower does not work at all. This van has the front and rear climate control, the control head lights up and appears to be working properly, but neither the front or the rear fans work at all. From past experiences and reading other posts I first checked the front fan and resistor. I found that I have no power coming into the resistor. I thought maybe I have a bad control head and swapped that out with a used one and still no power to the fan or resistor. I checked the fuse box under the hood and tested the power coming into relay, three of the four contacts have 12v power. I swapped the relays and still no power to the fan. I checked the fan fuse, which was fine, but there was no power at either pole. I assumed that the fuse is in the line after the relay, thus no power to the fuse until the relay is closed?
There's a chance that both the old and used control head are bad and both relays that I tried are bad. Any suggestions? I'm baffled!
Thank You!!
