Hello, am a new member here and new to the Dodge brand. I just bought a used 2015 Dodge Caravan SXT with 58,000km. Sometimes when creeping forward, such as when a red light is about to turn green, I would feel the transmission shudder when the vehicle creeps forward slowly. I had the vehicle checked at an independent shop beforehand, and was told the transmission oil is clean. The vehicle has been dealer serviced by the previous owner. The previous owner also had a transmission control module and ECM software update done.

Is this transmission shudder normal for Dodge Caravans? I have a lot to learn, as I am coming from a 1st generation Altima, which never had this issue. Then again, they are totally different vehicles.
