Have a 2013 Dodge caravan where the driver side climate control responds as it should - cold blows cold and hot blows hot but my passenger side just blows hot regardless of temp indicator **** being on cold. What may be the issue? Is is it a relatively easy fix and if so - any links to a video that can show me how?

Continued to google the problem and picked up somewhere that a person had luck shutting off the vehicle, setting both ***** to cold and then starting it up and continue to rotate the ***** together between hot and cold.
