Default No independent lighting for rear passengers. WTF?

So we're on a trip and my kids want light in the back to play. I ask my wife to find the switch as I'm driving. There wasn't one. The only way to turn on the lights over the rear passengers is to turn on all the lights even the one pointing right in my face. This is without a doubt the dumbest thing a manufacturer could do one a vehicle designed specifically for family trips. Rant over.

Are there any decent lighting systems I could install that would look OEM in nature? Something overhead or near overhead that I can put in the headliner or B-pillar (do vans have B-pillars) cover.
I don't want to tape anything on or puncture any steel. I can use epoxy or hot glue but I'd hope not to.

Yeah! The kids love them! Plus, easier on you. No having to figure out how to install additional lighting.
