[3rd Gen : 96-00]: 98 Grand Caravan climate control panel
Some time ago, we lost air to the defrost/upper-dash. We just lost air to heat vents, so now all is flowing through the dash vents. Before digging into any ducts, I ran a calibration on the control panel and got a series of blinking lots that from the code chart seem to relate to the actuator not reaching hot/cold stops. What I did notice though is that during the calibration process, the computer got air to blow everywhere correctly... defrost, heat, dash vents. Does the computer over-ride the panel to conduct that test, and if so... does that mean the control panel switches are bad?
