I have a 2006 grand caravan with OSC system that looks into the the seat for weight etc. I have tried everything and now I’m told I need a new bladder system. This van isn’t worth the money they are charging to have it done. The light on the dash stays on and there’s no codes, when I go into the seat osc I see a code that says occupant clAssification undetermined. I read somewhere that some 2006 and 2007 vans were not equipped with Osc and if I change the main airbag module with one from a van without osc it will work as normal. Please advise if anyone had any luck fixing this issue. I am almost about to give up, tried everything.

 

Have you tried going to another shop for a second opinion?

 

I did try both are saying same thing

 

Please clarify - are you or are you not getting a code and how are you viewing it (scan tool or driver info center)?
