This is the first set I have removed from a Dodge. I have tried all of my pullers and I am right at the point something is going to break.
Am I missing something? A hidden clip or something?
This is a 2008 Town and country.
I know they like to use pot metal bushing on steel shafts and things like that. So they get welded together.
But my next step leads to a big pop one way or the other.
Any tricks?

see where the hinge is on the wiper blade...give it a palm strike downward...and then keep pressure on it...it takes the wiper arm spring side pressure off the spline. yours splines are pretty rusty...apply a penetrating fluid
