** Update **

Brakes are still spongy....bled them few times with the bottle and finally with a friend pumping brakes... I havent bled the rear brakes yet as they are a pain to get at bleeder screw...

I did a test of the brake booster that seems ok ...Might just take to a shop to bleed rears

I’m not gonna discourage you from going to a shop to have them bled (my shop charges 1/2 hour for bleeding ($45) and I can’t see other shops charging more unless they have some kind of minimum service fee) but one thing I would suggest is removing the rear wheels and making sure the bleeders come loose first. If the bleeder breaks off at the shop they’re going to want to replace the caliper/wheel cylinder (if drums).

If the rear bleeders still have the rubber caps, remove them and spray penetrating oil around the threads and INTO the bleeder hole. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes before attempting to break loose.

If the caps are gone and the holes are full of crud, use a small drill bit (1/8” works for most) to clean the hole and then spray penetrating oil, again letting it sit before trying to break it loose.

If you get them loose, then you have some ammo against the shop if they claim the bleeders broke off.

I’ve checked out the rear bleeders ... no rubber caps .. not as clean as fronts ... really hard to get to screw ... different size than front .. I guess I could give it a shot if the break then just leave it and just drive the way it is
