Unhappy Replaced clockspring and horn still isn't working.

No horn in this 2007 grand caravan since I bought it. I know the horn its self works, as it honks when I lock the doors. Clocksrping replaced and still nothing. Is there a way I can use a wire to jump the two connections at the clockspring to make sure that everything is good from that point down? It has two pairs of wires coming out, going to two pairs of terminals. Which two would I jump and is it safe to do so?

You could always just run a hot wire from say your cigarette lighter or empty fuse port into a button you install somewhere, then to the positive side of the horn. Google says a horn draws 5 amps. So you can easily redneck an install until you actually figure out the proper solution.
