[5th Gen : 08+]: No air at vents
I am having a no air at vents issue. Blower motor is running strong and all doors actuate as they should. Im just getting very little to no air out the vents. I really think the evaporator coils are plugged due to the fact that for some reason my model does not have a cabin air filter. Does anyone know where I can find the procedure to remove the evaporator coils? I am wondering if i can remove the blower motor then send a camera down the duct to confirm before i needlesly tear it all apart.
Did you figure this situation out? I'm curious what is happening here with your vehicle. I have no gueses.
I use alldatadiy. It's just ok. About $30 a year subscription fee. It should tell you what you need to know.

I am having the same problem. No place for a cabin air filter. Last year, my AC would freeze up if I ran it on coldest setting for more than 30 minutes. This year, very little to no air movement.
. Changed the blower motor, and it was nasty. I have worked on home AC's for several years, and if you run one with no filter the evap coils clog. Makes me wonder what kind of idiots designed these vans with no air filter. It such an idiotic design! The fix is very time consuming (several hours) and costly, when putting in a place for an air filter at the design stage would be so easy and much cheaper.
I think if enough of us Caravan owner's got together and filed a class action lawsuit, we could get all our van's fixed by the dealerships for free.
