Question 2010 Caravan Brake Fitting Sizes

Can anyone out there provide me with the fitting sizes for the ABS module. Finding this info is driving me insane, thanks.

Numbers 1 to 6.

This is a rear view.

I just reuse them and I never had a leak.

hard to answer the question without knowing the line size and metric or standard fittings...ie. iso flare or double flare

the dealer parts dept would know.

Thanks for the response, unfortunately if I knew the things you mentioned I wouldn't be asking the question.

Hopefully someone who has had to deal with this issue before will come along soon.

Fitting sizes like this aren’t usually included in service information, and if it is, it’s buried to the point that it’s faster and easier to just measure the fittings once they’re removed. Chances are good they’re metric, but that’s the best guess I can give you. My only other suggestion is hit up a junkyard and remove a fitting from the module on a van that’s the same as yours.

As primem said, re-using them doesn’t usually cause problems. A thorough cleaning will help ensure they don’t leak. Is there a specific reason you want to replace them?

The line/fitting in position 3 was removed. The fitting was wasn't very loose on the line and seems to have been cross threaded upon reconnection. I want to clean the threads up with a tap and die but don't know the sizes.
