Smile Front wiper only works in high speed

Hello!

I have a Grand Caravan sport 2000. Engine is 3.3 injection

The front wiper at the beginning was working fine, suddenly only the low speed and the 4th speed were working fine, months later the I had to replace the whole selector piece since the direction lights crank got broken. After that, months later the wipers went dead and now they only work in the max speed.

I believe there is a relay for speed that needs to be replaced but I want to know where is it located so i can have it tested and replace it. Does anyone have the wipers diagram to be shared here?

Thank you in advance!

There is a “Wiper On” and a “Wiper High/Low” relay - both are in the under hood fuse panel and powered by fuse #109 (30A). The easiest test will be swap the high/low relay with another one (the horn, ac compressor or cooling fan relays are good choices if they’re the same size).

If that doesn’t do it, you’ll need to test for power and ground at the motor as the speed is selected.
