I have a fleet of Grand Caravans and in one of the I have replaced the transmission with one I had on my floor. Now after putting it in I now don't have reverse and when I put it in neutral it acts like its in drive and I have no low gear. I have replace every sensor and the solenoid and still same thing I have also re learned the tcm and still same thing. Any Ideas?

 

Are you sure it’s the right transmission for the year? If you installed a trans with a different year there might be programming that needs to happen or it may not be compatible at all.

Have you tried pulling any codes?

 

Sounds like the shifter is out of adjustment. I haven't worked on a tranny since a 1991 so I don't know how they are now but back in the day you could adjust the cable or linkages to make the shift lever indication of N line up with the transmission arm being in Neutral and so forth.
